Bullwer of Wood Dalling and Haydon Hall, Norfolk, whose son, Sir Edward
George Earl Lytton Bullwer, was a brilliant and gifted writer and diplomat,
and the father of Bullwer Lytton, who assumed the ancestral name and estates
of Lytton, be-coming Baron Lytton, author of prose and poems, under the nom
de plume of "Owen Meredith."
