What shipping method do you use?

When shipping an item, we ship via United States Postal Service
(Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class or Media Mail)

.. a. Delivery Confirmation is additional & available upon request.
.. b. Insurance is not required, but is recommended and additional.

We generally do not ship Internationally. If you do wish to order an item, please email us for a shipping quote prior to placing and paying for an order.

.. a. International orders must be paid via PayPal in U.S. funds.

.. b. $5.00 Handling Fee will be added to all International Orders.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final (unless specifically stated otherwise). We are not responsible if merchandise is lost or damaged. (This is why we highly recommend insurance.) If returns are accepted (when stated), customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

What type of payments are accepted for orders?

Our number one choice of payment is PayPal! We also accept Money   Orders, Cashier's Checks or Cash, at your own risk. Personal Checks arealso accepted, but must wait 10 days prior to shipping for them to clear. Our PayPal address is: ebay.quality4u@yahoo.com

Why was my postage rate different from the rate I was quoted?

We use a formula based on the quantity and weight of item(s) along with the published shipping rates of the United Postal Service per Zone and nominal Handling fees to determine shipping charges. Actual shipping charged by the shipping company may be more or less than the amount we charged you.  We cannot go back after order is shipped, and adjust the rate you were charged. The rate we quoted you is firm.

Can I request Surface or Air on Intl' Orders?

By all means, yes! Other than Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, there is only a flat fee Handling Charge of $5.00 that is added to ALL International orders.

Yes we do! We try our best to locate an item(s) that you are     seeking. We will search periodically until we find it. We also
welcome your comments if you feel we have misinformation on any product on our  site.

Why don't you have images of all your items on your website?

We have pictures of ALL our merchandise. If you see a description of something that sparks an interest and you do not see the photo, please let us know!  We will personally email you a picture of the actual item immediately and repair the photo link!

How long do you hold items that are ordered via email?

After you email us your mailing address, items are held for 10
days for payment to reach us. (15 days for International orders). If payment is not received by that time, the items will be made available to other customers.
